Teresa is the volunteer director for Genesis Center.  She is a retired Registered Nurse, a Home Nutrition Instructor, and a graduate of the eCornell Center for Nutrition Studies, certified in plant-based nutrition. She has been teaching good health principles and healthy cooking for over 30 years.  Her own life has been dramatically, positively altered by following a plant–strong diet and healthy lifestyle coupled with faith.
